Hiring Process

Once you contact our office, we will discuss, or make plans to discuss, your ceremony preferences and needs. We are available by phone, Skype, FaceTime or, once contracted, in person.

If you choose to book with our company (est. 2001), we will follow up with an email confirming everything we spoke of, attach a questionnaire (for customized ceremonies) and a contract which explains our cancellation policy. A billing is sent you for a retainer which, once received, confirms the booking.

What’s included:
Our competitive fees are based on how many hours the officiant works on your behalf. The average time expended is between 6 and 12 hours. Standard rates include these services. You may also add numerous a la carte services.

Communication:
We will stay in touch with you up until your wedding day especially checking your progress in getting your marriage license.

The Ceremony:
You will receive a ceremony script to review via email. We want each couple to review it and be sure it suits their beliefs and how they prefer to express themselves.

Legal Paperwork:
We file the original marriage license with the issuing county clerk’s office. Some packages include obtaining a certified copy on your behalf. Once we have confirmation from the clerk that the document has been recorded, we will notify you.

To Ponder:
Please consider booking early as prime dates are often sold out. We are available for last moment ceremonies and are marriage license experts. No booking is confirmed without a retainer
